Thank you so much for being our light at the end of the tunnel. We are delighted to be OPEN and are excited to finally get back. Below are new COVID-19 safety guidelines we have established for your future visits with us.
- We ask our guests and employees to reschedule their appointments if you are feeling ill (fever, cough, etc.). We are more than happy to assist you when you are feeling better!
- We will be screening temperatures for our guests and employees before entering the building, and asking everyone to sign a COVID-19 wavier.
- Everyone will be encouraged to wash or sanitize their hands upon entry.
- Please be sure to correctly schedule your services, as there will be limited amounts of “wiggle room” in our new COVID-19 schedule. For example, please do not expect time for highlights if only root color was booked. We would love to accommodate you another time.
- When you arrive for your appointment, we ask that you patiently remain in your vehicle and call the front desk to check-in. They will notify you when to enter the building and see your provider (they miss you too!).
- All guests and employees must wear masks.
- All guests and employees must adhere to the social distancing guidelines of 6 feet, so we kindly ask that you do not bring any guests with you.
There will be a few additional temporary changes that need to be put into affect. Unfortunately, our beverages and magazines will be on hold. Please also note that color services may incur an additional cost. In an effort to accommodate everyone during our limited capacity restrictions, we are temporarily extending our hours as follows:
Monday - Thursday: 9am - 8pm
Friday: 9am - 7pm
Saturday: 8am - 3pm
